INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING
Nutritional Counseling works one-on-one with you, addressing your present diet and health concerns. Your diet and health history is reviewed, and nutritional changes and interventions are suggested that will assist you in reaching your goals. Dietary analysis, food plans, and awareness techniques and strategies are implemented as needed.

Includes a thorough nutritional and health history evaluation & diet diary review. Nutritional goals are established that you agree to work on over certain time period. Food and meal ideas are suggested, and educational materials are presented that support your goals. 60 minutes. $75
§ Follow-Up Consultations
Nutritional Follow-Ups are designed to follow your progress, review diet analysis, measurements, and answer questions and give ideas to weekly challenges. Further education is provided on a variety of issues including eating out and supplementation. 45 minutes. $50
§ Mini Follow-Up Consultation
Mini Follow-Ups are designed to keep you on a healthy track and allow the nutritionist to review your diet and monitor your progress after you have received an initial nutritional evaluation and education on your current diet plan. 20 minutes. $30
WEIGHT LOSS COACHING
Initial Nutritional Evaluation, 2 Follow-Up Consultations, 3 Mini Follow-Up Consultations over a 6 - 8 week period.
Weight loss coaching provides motivation, education, and results by working one-on-one over a 6-8 week period. Your diet is analyzed, measurements are taken and you commit yourself to suggested healthy changes that lead to desired results, while creating a lifestyle that allows for long-term maintenance. Eating ideas, meal plans, awareness techniques, and strategies are individualized to allow for success. $250
THE NUTRITIONAL TUNE-UP
Initial Nutritional Evaluation, 3 Follow-Up Consultations
A program designed for the person who wants to know what their present diet looks like from a nutritionist's point of view, and how he or she may make general improvements to their existing diet to increase overall health and well-being. Includes telephone/email support and research for your specific needs. 3-day Diet Analysis is included with this program. $200
THE FULL MEAL DEAL
Initial Nutritional Evaluation, 3 Follow-Up Consultations, 3 Mini Follow-Up Consultations
A program designed for the person who wants more of an "over-haul" to their eating regime and current health status. This package provides close support and intensive nutrition education for those individuals who may be trying to accomplish larger health goals, such as achieving permanent weight loss, managing diabetes, or improving a heart condition. Includes telephone/email support and research for your specific needs. 3-day Diet Analysis is included with this program. $290
FOOD SENSITIVITY PROGRAM
This seven-week program is for people suffering from food allergies, food intolerances or unexplained adverse reactions to foods. Resulting conditions and symptoms can include headaches, skin problems, digestive problems, low energy, insomnia, brain-fog, memory loss, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, irritable bowel syndrome, and asthma.
The program guides you through an elimination diet in a comprehensive fashion, to include continued guidance about food choices.
Week 1: Determine a personalized elimination diet based on your symptoms.
Week 3: Learn how to reintroduce foods in order to determine food sensitivities.
Week 5: Discuss results of the elimination and reintroduction diet. Determine recommendations and plans for your future diet.
Week 7: Follow-up on diet progress and determine successes, challenges, and additional recommendations.
